That means you can “walk through” your new "dream home" and get a real life vision of the finished product—all before we buy a single nail or touch a single tool. That way changes can be made before construction starts, saving you thousands—or even tens of thousands—on costly change orders.

Then we have a full team of dedicated partners for structural engineering, title 24 energy efficiency engineering, master carpenters, electricians, etc. all ready to make your dream a reality. Why do we consult with such a large array of people? Because they keep your project "real." It makes no sense to have a design that is twice your budget or so structurally challenging it does not make sense. When that happens, you have to go back to the "drawing board" and pay thousands to get new plans drawn up.
