Top Shelf Construction uses state of the art technology to help you visualize your finished product!  We utilize a  construction specific CAD program called “Chief Architect” that produces initial floor plans, including doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, etc.  Then you will review full 3D versions of the drawings so you can “Walk Through” your new project and get a real life vision of the finished product.  After seeing the details in 3D, you can make adjustments to all aspects of the drawing to truly get the finished home you want!  In addition, we have great working relationships with excellent architects, engineers and designers for your convenience.
