Your new home or remodeling project is important, and not only do you want it to turn out well, you want the process to be as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, it is easy for communication to break down between clients and their builders, which can not only make the process of building unpleasant, but can adversely affect the overall outcome of the project.

Co-construct opens up an efficient and organized communication channel between you and us that works for everyone’s busy lives. Co-construct does not replace phone calls and face-to-face meetings, but rather makes them more productive.

Co-construct: How the solution works for clients

Once you sign the paperwork to start a new project with us, you will receive a “Getting Started Guide for Clients,” which shows you the exciting items you can access online in Co-Construct. Both you and your builder will have your own Co-construct logins, which provide you with an easy, web-based way to:

• View and make selections and upgrades 
• Track your project expenses
• Ask questions of your builder
• Check the progress of your home
• See what your builder has on his or her to-do list for your home
• View and request punch list and warranty items
